We have designed and developed the new Travelmate website.
Travelmate is a travel agency that relies on good travel advice. They have been operating since 2008 and prioritize the wishes of customers above all else. In this way, the goal is for Travelmate to be a travelmate/travel companion that helps to realize dreams, create peace of mind around your journey and fix the best possible trip for you and your company.
We are very happy with our new website that Link Development created for us. They are pleasant to work with, were good advisors and found good solutions that make the website we have now got a good tool for us. We already noticed after a few days that we were more visible.

The colors of Travelmate were carried over from the previous graphic profile, but showcased in a more airy and seamless way on their new website. The colors are often associated with energy, warmth and enthusiasm. By including orange and green on the website, it can create a positive atmosphere and give visitors the feeling of excitement and adventure, which is appropriate for a travel agency. We have combined the colors of Travelmate in a more discreet way with a white background.
We have adopted Travelmate's colours on the website in a discreet way, combined with a white background for a more minimalist and stylish design. The colours are also well represented in the logo, and we chose to use these elements as paragraph separators on the website to clarify the different services Travelmate offers. This also creates a more holistic visual experience for website visitors.
Graphic elements representing what one can expect when traveling were also implemented to enhance the experience of the journey. Examples of this are the menu bar where the flight takes you to where you want to navigate.
Animations and navigation
On Travelmate's new website, there was a desire for the website to feel more vibrant. This was taken care of by implementing subtle animations when scrolling down the page.
Navigation was also simplified by cutting out multiple subpages and directly leading the user to what they are looking for.
SEO
In addition to the visual aspect, we have also focused on search engine optimization (SEO) to increase the visibility and accessibility of Travelmate online. The new website thus represents not only an aesthetic upgrade, but also a strategic approach to strengthen the presence and interaction with the target audience.

Technology that has been used in this project is Webflow.
