Introduction
Link Development provides consulting services in software and business development. In order to perform optimally, we rely on several personal data. We at Link Development place a high level of privacy, and thus want to inform visitors and customers about their rights in our processing of personal data. This statement describes how Link Utbildung collects and uses this personal data, as well as the relevant rights you as a visitor and customer have. The legal basis for the privacy statement is your demand for information about when data is collected, as well as information about how we use and process this data, cf. GDPR Article 12. The controller is Link Utbildung AS, by Hana Colakovic - general manager, and Michelle Sæther - technical manager.
What kind of privacy data do we process?
We collect the following privacy information about you:
Identification and contact information (name, email, phone number, etc.) Information that we need to perform the consulting assignment, which is agreed with the customer. Information that is stored when you visit our website (time, type of device you use, geography, etc.) Any other information that you give us your consent to.
How do we receive privacy information?
We receive privacy information through the “contact us” form. It is voluntary to take advantage of this. Furthermore, we receive privacy information through individual correspondence, such as emails, phone calls, etc. We also receive privacy information when you use our website through web analytics tools such as WebFlow and Google Analytics. This information is stored remotely and is subject to the privacy statements of the individual companies.

We also receive privacy information through our use of social media. When you visit our social media pages, the social media channels collect privacy information to create statistics. We do not have access to the personal data collected, but we have access to the statistics anonymously. We use Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, AppStore and Youtube.
What is the purpose of collecting privacy information?
To exercise our consulting mission. Marketing. To assess how our website and social media are used. To comply with statutory requirements for customer control, storage and eventual disclosure.
Basis of treatment
The processing of data about the client is regulated in Art. 6 nr.1 letter b GDPR (agreement with the private client). Processing of personal data for marketing purposes using electronic communications, such as our website and social media, which is regulated by GDPR Article 6 (1) (a) (consent). If you do not wish to consent to Link Development's storage of personal data, this may restrict or impede our ability to provide you with our services.
Your rights and retention, deletion and rectification
If you have specific questions about our processing of personal data, you are welcome to contact us directly through the information in section 9. All customers and others in Link Development's systems have the right to request information Link Utbildung has about them, and to obtain access to their own information, cf. GDPR Article 15. You have the right to request that incorrect information be corrected or supplemented, and that all information about itself be deleted, cf. GDPR Articles 16 and 17. You further have the right to withdraw your consent, cf. GDPR Article 7 (3). Require that the personal data we process about you is disclosed in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format that allows you to take the data with you to another business (data portability), cf. GDPR Article 20. Any claims will be answered without undue delay through our contact channels, see section 9. If you disagree with the way Link Utbildung processes personal data, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Data Protection Authority, cf. GDPR Article 13 (2) d. However, we hope that you will send a request to us first.
How long we store your privacy information
We store the privacy information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy (see section 4). We will delete the privacy information if we no longer need it. If you would like us to delete information about you at an earlier date, please refer to section 6 of the declaration and contact us through our channels in accordance with paragraph 9.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change the privacy policy. The Privacy Policy was last updated on 01.09.2022.
