Mynder is a SaaS solution aimed at simplifying GDPR compliance and helping businesses enhance their data security independently. This is a topic that we at Link Utvikling already had some knowledge about, which made this an even more enjoyable challenge to solve.

Our focus when setting up the user experience was centered around guiding users step-by-step through the process. This included simple illustrations and a spacious, modern user interface. Pop-ups were used to guide the user to the next step in the process, and various colors/icons and concise messages were employed to provide quick feedback on statuses.
During form completion and onboarding, questions and information were limited per page to avoid overwhelming the user—allowing them to focus on one thing at a time. The design incorporates bright colors, combined with subtle shades of red, yellow, and green for status indicators, and a clear and reassuring purple as the primary color. The primary color is also used as a background in some areas, but in a lightened format. The platform aims to make users feel secure while providing clear and distinct signals on what to do next.
