We are ODA Award 2022 Finalists!

We are finalists in 'The ODA Award Organization 2022”! This year is the tenth year this prestigious awards ceremony takes place. The award ceremony is dedicated to companies that promote gender equality and diversity in the technology market.

We are incredibly proud and humbled by this accolade and finals place. We want to contribute to inclusion and diversity through our innovation projects and it means a lot that this is noticed. ODA Network has a goal of a 40% female share in ICT and senior management, which we strongly support!

Despite the company's short lifespan, we have been nominated as a result of our active efforts to create opportunities for people with challenges to get out into the world of work. It's wonderfully cool that small companies like us are being recognized for the difference we make!

The rationale of the committee is:

“Link Development is owned and run by two young women! Both at physical events and on social media, Link Development actively promotes women in tech as well as young workers. The company has, through JobLoops platform “Codehead” and NAV's program “Work Training” given young individuals, who have dropped out of work and education, the opportunity to gain competence and work experience within tech.

The organization is nominated to “Opportunity Award” (The Opportunity Award) by Bergen Business Council and Deloitte, precisely because they are a role model in diversity and inclusion, and for their innovation project “Kultur” (Culturehunt) with Bergen Kommune.

Despite the short life span of the company, Link Development has grown and helped many who are disadvantaged in the labor market. Their clear aim to increase inclusion through innovation projects is truly inspiring.”
