Yesterday, we participated in the Leadership Conference organized by the Bergen Business Council, Lederne, NHH, and Adecco to cheer on our managing director, Hana Colakovic, who was a finalist for Young Leader of the Year!
The process involved extensive rounds of interviews, aptitude tests, and IQ tests. With so many talented young leaders in the business community of Western Norway, we are incredibly proud that our leader made it to the top three. It was also great to see Sina Erichsen from JobLoop, a company we collaborate with in our inclusion efforts, as one of the other finalists. Congratulations to the winner, Øyvind Grimsgaard from Youwell!
