We have been fortunate to have two master's students in practice with us in Link Development! The trainees Runar Tvinnereim and Astrid Levåg will be here with us for 10 weeks, working on the project “Kulturjakten”. Both students study Innovation and Management, and during their stay they will get to test out some of the theory they have learned on the school bench.
Astrid and Runar, despite the same study, are very different in their spare time. Astrid has an interest in plants and sewing when she has time for it, while Runar is best at football practice!
With us, students will be assistant project managers for our innovation project Kulturjakten. More information on the project is coming soon, so stay tuned;)
Their tasks are varied, and they work both independently and in teams. Examples of work tasks are competitor analysis, price and market strategies, customer meetings and conceptualization.
The students ended up with us after “matchmaking” with companies under the auspices of Høgskulen in Western Norway. Something we thought was an incredibly fun way to introduce students to the different businesses! In this way, students and companies get an opportunity to impress each other face to face, above just sending an email.
Little did we know that this was going to be as educational for us as it was for them! Students sit on lots of new and exciting knowledge, and have interesting angles on issues. The students have already been very helpful and we are looking forward to having them with us on the way forward until they have to return to Høgskulen in Western Norway in May.
Vi ser frem til å høre fra deg, ta kontakt.
