What should you include?

Tell us briefly what you want to build, who it is for, and when you would like to get started. The more we know, the better the estimate we can give you.

We will then invite you to a no-obligation meeting, so we can find out together whether we are a good match.

Website and design for Sophie

Introduction

www.sophies.app/

The solution

We built a website and designed a new part of the web solution for Sophie.

Sophie AS wanted to simplify everyday life for small and medium-sized property managers. Many managers carry the responsibility alone, often alongside another job, and lack tools tailored to their needs. Most systems on the market are made for large players, with complex features and high licence costs. The vision of Sophie is to make property management simpler, safer and less stressful. The service had to be available on web and mobile, without long training programmes, and help secure statutory maintenance, efficient communication with tenants and better documentation.

The solution

Website in Webflow

Link Utvikling built the site sophies.app in Webflow. The platform gives the flexibility to design rich, responsive pages without heavy development. Each main chapter — product, pricing, about us, contact and FAQ — was structured in separate sections with clear calls to action. The editorial control in Webflow means Sophie can easily update content, prices or blog posts without involving us every time.

Design and experience

Design

We created a consistent design in Figma. By defining colours, typography and components early we could iterate quickly on the interface for both the website and the web portal. The visual style is light, airy and Nordic in feel: large surfaces with muted blues and greens give a professional impression, while iconography and illustrations make the content warm and approachable. The same design system was used in Webflow to keep the site and the application visually coherent.

The solution

Web portal

Alongside the marketing site, we designed and prototyped central parts of the Sophie web portal. The portal is the core of the service and gives different user groups — property owners, operations managers and tenants — tools suited to their everyday work.

- Task handling and checklists

- Calendar planning

- Tenant portal: tenants get their own dashboard with tasks, a document archive and a function for reporting issues. The Reported issues section shows an overview of ongoing and resolved cases with status indicators such as Started, Not handled and Planned.

- Onboarding: to make getting started as easy as possible, we designed a step-by-step onboarding that asks for the right information from the user and guides them to the finish.

The solution

Result

The result is a user-friendly platform for property management. The site communicates the value proposition clearly and makes it easy to get started. The portal gives owners and tenants a full overview of tasks, deviations, tenancies and documentation. Automatically generated maintenance plans, weather-based alerts and image-driven tasks give confidence that statutory requirements are met. At the same time, time spent on communication is reduced through built-in case handling and a clear division of responsibility.

The project shows how Link Utvikling combines design competence and technical delivery to produce a coherent digital product. By using Webflow for the marketing site and Figma to design the web portal, we could deliver a modern, intuitive product in a short time. The result is a solution that lowers the threshold for getting started with digital property management.
