Who we are

Link Utvikling AS (org. no. 921 571 259) builds digital products and provides software, design and business development services. The data controllers are Hana Colakovic (CEO) and Michelle Sæther (Technical Lead).

What data we process

This website has no contact forms and uses no tracking or analytics tools. We process personal data you provide through direct contact (email or phone), typically name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry, as well as data necessary to deliver client engagements.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to answer enquiries, deliver engagements (GDPR article 6.1.b, contract) and comply with legal obligations. Marketing only happens with consent (GDPR article 6.1.a).

Your rights

You may request access to your data (article 15), demand correction or deletion (articles 16–17), withdraw consent (article 7.3), request data portability (article 20) and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Cookies

This website only uses necessary cookies, and does not track you. We use no analytics or marketing tools. The only cookie set for visitors is a local preference noting that you have dismissed the cookie notice. Logged-in editors additionally receive a necessary authentication cookie for the editing tool.

Data processors and storage

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. The content database is hosted by Neon (EU, Frankfurt), and images are stored with Vercel Blob. These providers process data solely on our behalf. Email is handled by our email provider when you contact us directly.

Storage

Data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purpose. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
