The course focuses largely on the Business Model Canvas framework, where participants get a deep insight over three sessions into how they can implement the tool in their own businesses.
The course runs over three days, and we limit the number of places to ensure close collaboration and follow-up. Each session starts with an informative talk from the instructor on relevant topics, followed by an interactive workshop where you can build new relationships and think outside the box. On the final day participants get the chance to apply what they have learned directly to their own business idea. Each session lasts about three hours.
