Mynder is a SaaS solution that simplifies GDPR handling and helps companies improve their own data security. This is a topic we at Link Utvikling already knew a fair amount about, which made it an extra enjoyable challenge to solve.
When we set up the user experience, the focus was on guiding users step by step through the process. That included simple illustrations and an airy, modern interface. Pop-ups were used to guide the user to the next step, and different colours, icons and short messages gave quick feedback on status.
When filling in forms and during onboarding, the questions and information were limited per page so that the user is not overwhelmed and only has to consider one thing at a time.
The design uses light colours combined with muted shades of red, yellow and green for status states, and a clear, reassuring purple as the primary colour. The primary colour is also used as a background in places, in a lightened form. The platform should make users feel safe while giving them clear signals about what to do next.
Link Utvikling has been a fantastic partner in developing our SaaS platform for GDPR solutions.
