ByttNytt is a concept for swapping items, vehicles and more with other people. The concept, including the design we created for ByttNytt, was acquired and built into Swopper.
The mission of ByttNytt, now known as Swopper, is to promote a sustainable community that encourages the circulation of pre-owned but reusable products. We dedicated ourselves to shaping a complete onboarding process for new users, while creating a finished design focused on simplicity in the upload process and intuitive navigation through the service for the best possible user experience.
Our approach involved thorough testing with dedicated user groups who explored the interactive design. Across two rounds of iteration we refined the design to meet the requirements for usability. This iterative process resulted in a design that is not only visually appealing, but highly usable.
Swopper has now taken over this design, and the functionality lives on through their service. We look forward to following the development of Swopper and are excited about the opportunities it creates for strengthening the sustainable community further. Our design legacy is part of the journey towards a more sustainable and user-friendly future.
