Introduction
Hera Solutions builds digital solutions for the transport and logistics industry. The goal is to make order and freight administration paperless and available in real time. Hera Road brings orders, customers, products and freight documents into one platform and gives both administrators and drivers a full overview. Our brief was to shape the visual identity and the user experience for the app.
Paper-based waybills are time-consuming, invite mistakes and make deliveries hard to follow. Hera wanted a digital system that could generate CMR-compatible waybills, be signed electronically and update in real time. At the same time the app had to be simple to use for drivers who need to create and complete deliveries while on the move.
