What should you include?

Tell us briefly what you want to build, who it is for, and when you would like to get started. The more we know, the better the estimate we can give you.

We will then invite you to a no-obligation meeting, so we can find out together whether we are a good match.

We are incredibly proud to announce that we have been nominated for Mulighetsprisen 2022, the Opportunity Award! Out of 40 nominees we are among five finalists selected by a panel of senior executives. The award is hosted by Bergen Chamber of Commerce and Deloitte, and highlights companies that contribute to inclusion and diversity. Its purpose is to inspire other companies to do the same.

Mulighetsprisen is a new inclusion award that started in 2021. It was one of several measures introduced by Bergen Chamber of Commerce to help make Bergen a leading city for diversity and inclusion.

How nominees are assessed

The criteria for the award are that the company:

- Has shown through its commitment that inclusion pays off for society as a whole.

- Has put diversity on the agenda in a positive way.

- Has, through its commitment, helped reduce exclusion.

- Has through particular effort improved conditions for people at risk of falling outside ordinary working life.

Why are we nominated?

Through work training with NAV and the Kodehode programme, we give young people who have fallen outside work and education the chance to build skills and experience through a placement with us. We currently have two candidates from Kodehode working with us on development projects.

Link Utvikling has also entered an innovation contract with Bergen municipality to develop the service Kulturjakten. It will make the cultural offering in Bergen accessible to all residents and visitors, and get local people out and active. The project is also linked to the work by Bergen municipality on digital activity cards, intended to make activities in Bergen available to children from low-income families.

On the nomination

We see possibilities in people, and we champion inclusion and diversity across disciplines, backgrounds and skill levels. Being nominated for an inclusion award means a great deal to us. It is lovely recognition and a meaningful nomination, and we extend warm thanks to Bergen Chamber of Commerce and the team behind Mulighetsprisen for putting this on the agenda.
