What should you include?

Tell us briefly what you want to build, who it is for, and when you would like to get started. The more we know, the better the estimate we can give you.

We will then invite you to a no-obligation meeting, so we can find out together whether we are a good match.

Inclusive hiring: why does it matter?

In a world changing faster than ever, we need to widen our idea of what a qualified employee looks like.

In a world changing faster than ever, we need to widen our idea of what a qualified employee looks like. Inclusive hiring is not only about gender balance and cultural inclusion, but about a broad focus that also embraces people with social challenges, physical disabilities, those with gaps in their CV, or those who for various reasons fall outside the norm in working life.

We at Link Utvikling have worked closely with NAV since we started, offering our workplace to people who have faced challenges in working life. These are candidates who are excellent at IT, but who for different reasons had not yet found their place. Several of the candidates who have been with us are now in full-time work, and were a real asset to us along the way.

We recently attended the IT industry career fair at Grand, hosted by NAV Region Bergen. There we shared our experiences and our encouragement with the audience. One of those encouragements was for employers not to fear gaps in a CV, or people who are self-taught. Time and again we have found that those who take charge of their own learning grow well within the company. The room was full of jobseekers with IT skills to offer, alongside 16 companies.

If you or your company is curious about how to take an active role in inclusion work, just get in touch with us!
